Maycee Retail v1.0

Licence Agreement

Agreement version maycee-retail-v1.0-2026-08-16

1. Paid release

A paid Maycee Retail licence grants access to the current v1.0 release as it exists when purchased. It is a one-off, perpetual licence for that snapshot only. Future data partitions, benchmark tasks, evaluator access, gold SQL answer keys, model comparison reports, updates, and support are excluded unless SData agrees otherwise in writing.

2. Licence scope

Individual Release Licence. One named individual may use the release for their own learning, demonstration, prototyping, and evaluation work. It cannot be shared with a team, organisation, client, or other person.

Team Project Licence. Up to 10 users within one organisation may use the release for one internal project, proof of concept, training course, or evaluation. Any broader use needs SData's prior written agreement.

3. Restrictions

You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly re-upload, publish, or otherwise provide the paid release to an unlicensed party. You must not share access outside the licensed individual or team/project boundary. You must not remove licence or provenance information included with the release.

4. Delivery and records

SData manually fulfils paid orders and will send access details to the buyer email address within 1-2 business days after payment. SData may include a customer-specific licence manifest with the delivered package to record the purchaser, licence tier, issue date, permitted use, and delivery reference.

5. Data and responsibility

Maycee Retail is synthetic and is supplied for the licensed use described above. You are responsible for assessing fitness for your intended use, complying with applicable laws and organisational policies, and protecting any access details supplied by SData.

6. Acceptance

By selecting the acceptance checkbox before payment, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement for the selected licence tier. SData records the agreement version and acceptance time with the resulting paid order.
